I have worked as a poker dealer for 20 years and I can say for 160 you won’t find a better NEW table for this price point. This thing is sturdy, big enough for 10 (8 would be more comfortable but 10 is doable) and has good enough felt and arm rests to make you happy. There’s only a couple beefs I have with this table… Now obviously I could go into higher quality this or that, but we have to remember this is a budget table… most people aren’t looking to spend 1000 so we can’t upgrade things to casino quality without that price point. If I were to go to a home game where they are taking rake and making profit, I would probably expect better quality. This table shouldn’t serve that purpose. This is for the monthly game among friends. That said, to the manufacturer or any competitors.. the number one issue I have with this table is the cup holders. They are very shallow. Good enough for a whiskey glass if it’ll fit. But anything else is just asking to be spilled. There’s no reason you can’t include deeper cup holders. Make them pop out and store inside the table or carried separate if the deeper ones prevent it to be folded. Number two, the “flop, turn & river” design with the boxes to place cards is so silly. Why they couldn’t just leave it blank and have a betting line is beyond me. Like who in the world is going to put the cards spaced that far apart?! It is really ridiculous and unlike the better cup holders would cost this company zero dollars to correct. Heck they’d probably save money from the ink they wouldn’t be using. Other than those two things, as I said you won’t be disappointed. The table is surprisingly sturdy and the felt has enough give to get some good riffles (that’s shuffles for you non casino employees). And shockingly the table folds up for storage! [...]
